Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour , based on experience, or commission—whichever is greater.
• Commission earnings can range from $100,000 to $250,000+ per year.

Flawless Grass & Hardscape is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Closer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial synthetic turf and hardscape projects throughout Southern California.

We’re seeking a motivated leader with a proven ability to close sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. If you’re driven, professional, and ready to grow with a successful company, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Recruit and mentor new sales representatives.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients for on-site consultations and estimates.
• Present our products and services professionally.
• Close sales and consistently achieve company goals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Work closely with management to help grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or sales management experience required.
• Previous outside sales and closing experience required.
• Experience in home improvement, landscaping, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
