SAP Test Lead

Develop and execute comprehensive SAP testing strategies, plans, and schedules. Lead all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect validation. Define testing scope, objectives, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics. Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Leverage strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes to validate SAP solutions. Review business requirements, functional specifications, and process designs to ensure complete test coverage. Identify test scenarios, create test cases, and oversee test execution activities. Ensure SAP functionality aligns with business requirements and operational processes. Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities using tools such as Jira. What you will bring: 5+ years of SAP testing experience, including leadership of testing activities on SAP projects. Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing and plant operations processes. Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and SAP functionality. Experience using test and defect management tools, including Jira. Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
