LPN/Nurse Manager $3K Sing On $30.50-40 (Part Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager Position Type: Part‑Time Location: Freeburg, IL Sign On Bonus: $3,000 Starting Wage: $30.50 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Saturday and Sunday – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Responsibilities Serve as the building’s superior supervisor in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team and collaborating with other departments to provide quick, reliable, person‑centered care. Act as a force on the floor – attend to call lights and resident requests promptly, demonstrating a sense of urgency that places the resident’s needs first. Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents. Exemplify compassionate caregiving, ensuring each interaction is professional, caring, and leaves residents feeling safe and well‑cared. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Experience providing direct, hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes. Thorough knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication laws. Ability to supervise patient care appropriately for the resident population. Experience with memory‑impaired residents is preferred. Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is preferred. Strong English communication skills. Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for resident care. Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop continuously; lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Must be criminally cleared.
