Production Operator Prep Area (On-Site, Cleveland OH)
A national packaged-food manufacturer is hiring a full-time Production Operator to support mixing/prep operations on site. You'll run and monitor equipment, keep accurate production records, and maintain GMP/safety on a clean, organized floor.
What You'll Do
- Operate/adjust prep-area machinery; perform basic checks and changeovers
- Read production sheets; record counts, weights, and lot info
- Monitor quality and escalate issues promptly
- Maintain GMP standards and a safe, sanitary work area
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment (food or manufacturing)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for the shift
- Comfort reading production docs and completing logs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-minded
- HS diploma/equivalent (food industry experience is a plus)
