Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes. Prepare legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Motions, Bills of Particulars, Appeals, etc. Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Remain accessible to clients as needed, understanding that legal needs can arise outside of regular business hours. Utilize your strong analytical, research, and writing skills to build compelling cases. Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals, showcasing excellent communication and people skills. Qualifications A JD from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing. 3-5 years of personal injury experience. Strong communication and client service skills. A proactive approach to case management and advocacy. A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to justice.
