Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters, advocating for victims to secure the justice and compensation they deserve.
• Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Prepare legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Motions, Bills of Particulars, Appeals, etc.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Remain accessible to clients as needed, understanding that legal needs can arise outside of regular business hours.
• Utilize your strong analytical, research, and writing skills to build compelling cases.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals, showcasing excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• A JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• A proactive approach to case management and advocacy.
• A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to justice.
