Become part of our great team as a... Summary/Objective The HR Generalist is a self-managed force who owns and drives comprehensive HR initiatives across our manufacturing operations. As a proactive floor influencer, you will lead talent acquisition, elevate employee relations, and master compliance entirely on your own initiative. We need a high-energy go-getter who thrives in the heart of production, seamlessly balancing administrative excellence with bold, forward-thinking execution to accelerate workflows and build a high-performance culture. Essential Functions Culture & Advocacy:Acts as a brand ambassador for the company’s mission, vision, and values. Leads initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational climate. Talent Acquisition:Supports in executing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and seamless onboarding. Builds a robust talent pipeline by representing the company at industry and community events. Employee Relations:Serves as a trusted advisor to staff at the operational level. Manages employee relations matters through objective investigations, conflict resolution, and comprehensive documentation to mitigate risk. Process Improvement:Partners with frontline leadership to create and provide solutions that elevate the employee experience that improves operations. Policy & Compliance: Ensures all HR data is accurate and programs are aligned and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while keeping management teams up to date. Lifecycle Management:Manages the entire employee lifecycle—from integration to offboarding—ensuring that each stage is supported by seamless employee experiences. Organizational Health:Regularly assesses the "pulse" of the workforce through direct feedback loops to drive engagement strategies and maintain high morale. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, on-site position. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered. Previous experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite products. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS platforms. Experience with ADP payroll/HR systems is a significant plus. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement environments is highly desirable. Professional certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with high integrity. Proven judgment in assessing, de-escalating, and resolving personnel issues. Ability to project a professional image and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels. Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive, self-starting work ethic.
