Warehouse Associate Full Time Alpharetta, GA, US Salary Range: $17.50 To $18.50 Hourly Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Warehouse / Distribution Location: Alpharetta, GA Reports To: Warehouse Manager Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking and counting merchandise, and staging inventory in designated warehouse locations Perform daily shipping duties such as picking, packing, labeling, and loading outbound orders Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality Support inventory control processes including cycle counts, kitting, SKU relocation, and stock organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Accurately complete data entry and required paperwork related to inventory and shipments Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed) Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations Required Skills & Abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable using rolling ladders and warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to safely perform repetitive motions Occasional use of computers or handheld devices for data entry #J-18808-Ljbffr
