Customer Success Representative

Our client, a well-respected HVAC product company in Long Island NY, is looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to provide assistance to their client base, including Engineers, Developers, Property Managers, and Contractors. This position would be on-site at their office in Plainview NY. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve issues, maintaining high customer retention and loyalty. Analyze customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with departments to streamline processes, achieving measurable improvements in operations. Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support or management as needed. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Follow up with clients to ensure you have resolved their issues. Identify and address trends in client inquiries or issues to improve overall client experience. Assist with billing questions, quotes, and service agreements. Communicate job updates to field technicians and ensure efficient time management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as corporate customer service or client success. Experience working in the plumbing or HVAC industry, especially with heating and cooling equipment. Must have strong communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft products. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be strong on the phone. Compensation Salary commensurate with experience.
