Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to procure materials and oversee phases of construction processes.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Manage construction schedules, budgets, and inventory homes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address warranty service needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Florida Construction License preferred.
