1st and 2nd Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Do As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead production employees while ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Lead & Develop the Team Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for performance Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity Drive Production Performance Monitor production metrics and maintain performance standards Help achieve operational efficiency targets Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met Quickly resolve production issues to minimize downtime Maintain Safety & Quality Standards Enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies Ensure compliance with GMP and company SOPs Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence Support Operations When Needed Step in to assist with production tasks such as packing, stacking, or operating equipment Coordinate resources to keep production running smoothly What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strong floor leader, not just a supervisor.
