Quality Control Chemist I

Location: Duluth, GA Contract: 2 year contract Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO, 401K matching Rate: 25.00-28.00 DOE Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality and support product release in a GMP‑regulated laboratory. Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, pH meters, titrators, and particle size analyzers. Document test results and enter data into LIMS and SAP. Follow GMP, SOP, FDA, and data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements. Review test results, report quality concerns, and support investigations. Participate in laboratory safety, 5S, and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required. Experience in a regulated Quality Control laboratory. Hands‑on experience with HPLC, GC, pH, titration, and particle size analysis. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with LabVantage LIMS, Empower 3, or similar systems is a plus. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
