Twelve-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, and a department small enough that you know everyone's name. • $390,000 $405,000 annually at full-time volume (1,560 hours), independent contractor, inclusive of the RVU mix.
• Paragon with ambient AI dictation the note is largely written by the time the encounter ends.
