responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial workflows, including purchase order (PO) follow-ups, vendor payments, and the organization of financial documents and agreements.

• Provide hands-on assistance with complex financial workflows such as budgeting, billing, reconciliations, and capitalization processes.

• Execute essential operational tasks, including cross-functional correspondence, expense reporting, and travel coordination, ensuring processes run smoothly.

• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and diverse stakeholders across multiple sites in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

• Deliver timely administrative, financial, and coordination assistance to directly support the Engineering Support Specialists.
