Hospice Education & Training Specialist

ExcelaCare in Texas is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee education for all hospice staff. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with Medicare and state guidelines, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff competency across the organization.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, an RN license in the practicing state, and at least 3 years in hospice.
