Join a team where safety, teamwork, and reliability come first. We're looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to operate our pallet sorting machine and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive work environment. What You’ll Do: Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade. Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed. May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices. Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift. Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team. Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership. What You Bring: A strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation (experience is a plus but not required). Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with diverse coworkers.
