MACHINE OPERATOR DAY SHIFT

In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate industrial machines. You will ensure the machinery operates continuously and efficiently to maintain high productivity levels. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle. Calibrate, adjust settings, and clean machines to ensure good operating conditions Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production Feed raw materials through machines Monitor output to ensure it meets quality control standards Maintain detailed records of activity logs, defective units, and final products Qualifications High school diploma/GED Technical certification or degree is preferred but not required Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is preferred Ability to read tape measure preferred but not required Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods Benefits/Perks Day Shift 6am - 4pm Overtime available Competitive Pay Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision. 401k matching Paid time off Opportunity for advancement Attendance Bonus monthly after 90 days.
