Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned. Understand all aspects and operating parameters of the machine Perform set-up/changeover Prepare and install all dies and spreader blocks Prepare all resin mixes Start-up and shutdown of all machinery Clean hoppers, dies, ovens, saws and other equipment Accurately complete all reporting paperwork Follow all safety rules, regulations and procedures Identify, measure, and label acceptable finished product Produce finished product within specification Various machine operator positions are available from entry level to advance.
