Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Ability to manage productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30, Monday through Friday. Schedule Expectations: Clinic is open to 4x10 schedules; candidate must be open to working two evenings per week until 19:30. Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed per client contract). Duration: 13 to 26 weeks. EMR: Raintree. Must include client screening questions with submissions.
