What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal and perinatal medical care in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose conditions related to neonatal and perinatal health
• Support and guide medical staff, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts medical license
• Certification or subspecialty training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment
