Locums Urology Physician in Massachusetts - Low Volume

Cover a low-volume urology assignment centered on inpatient call, with the ability to participate in multiple short coverage blocks.

Highlights

• Approximately 2-3 patient encounters per shift
• No clinic responsibilities
• Multiple physicians can share coverage

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient rounding, consults, admissions, and necessary procedures
• General urology care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Advanced urologic procedures preferred based on physician experience
• Clinical support includes three RNs, a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and surgical techs

Schedule

• In-house call coverage
• Multiple short, multi-day coverage blocks
• Flexible participation based on available blocks

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years in Urology
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• ACLS and BLS required
