About the Firm: We handle commercial, real estate, personal injury, and business litigation with the sophistication of a large firm and the agility of a boutique. We are seeking a litigation associate who is ready to take on meaningful cases, develop courtroom experience, and maintain a balanced workload in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation based on experience and comfortability. Draft and argue substantive motions; appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications. Contribute to firm and client development initiatives. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar membership required. Approximately 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred (but we will consider exceptional candidates with any level of experience) (commercial, real estate, or general civil litigation experience preferred). Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage cases independently under partner supervision.
