Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator | Lake Katrine (Onsite) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Lake Katrine . This is a 3-month contract position with a growing healthcare organization.

Position Details
- Location: Lake Katrine, NY (100% Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5, and rotation for Urgent care 11-8
and Saturday 9-1 - Pay Rate: $24-$26.00/hour (based on experience)
- Type: 3-month contract
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete patient check-in and check-out processes
- Verify demographics and insurance information
- Work queues
- Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles
- Process walk-in patients and visitors
- Maintain and manage medical records, including scanning and filing
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical office experience - minimum 1 year
- Previous EMR/EHR experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with general office procedures
- Professional, compassionate, and clear communication style
