Project Controls Coordinator

Job Description

Hill International is Project Controls Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA.

This position is required to be on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the client's e-Builder system
• Create/set up new projects, users, workflows, processes, etc.
• Respond to ad hoc user requests
• Train users on the system
• Coordinate with the client to process invoices through the system
• Manage account level settings, level reports, views
• Manage workflows and delegate process instances
• Organize and implement certain tasks
• Establish an effective and efficient task execution process

Qualifications

• Strong e-Builder or similar PMIS System skills, administrator-level experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of construction/project management experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and creativity skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgement by making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, highly responsive with the ability to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the client/department
