Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and collaborate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to identify their needs.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers and internal associates.
- Sell products and services, suggesting add-ons and alternatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain open communication with branch employees to optimize customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Uphold company policies, including pricing guidelines.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of Mars product inventory and sales techniques.
