Qualifications:

Flexible work schedule, minimum of 40 hours a week.

High School Diploma/GED equivalent.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

1-2 years of experience in management position.

About Process:

Once an external is offered the position the training process is a combination of online barista courses and hands on barista training for 3 weeks. the 4th week will introduce management tasks. The following weeks are practicing hands on at the home store. the general manager is certified after completing an online interactive Zoom course and obtaining a Manager Serve Safe Certification.
