Staff RN-Trauma Intermediate Care, Grant, nights

Overview Position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Responsibilities Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable. Outcomes Identification/Planning – Documents planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and collaborative problems to achieve appropriate outcomes. Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to interventions and revises the plan of care based on evaluative data. Leadership – Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Operations – Supports safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
