Ready to accelerate your career in full cycle SaaS account management and close deals—not just source them for other sales reps who share your commission? This 6 month Software Acceleration Program is designed to fast track high potential talent into our Software Account Management (SAM) organization. This is a temporary program role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months: Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role Exceptional performers may be considered for Sr Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work in a high energy, outbound sales environment built to demonstrate your existing outbound selling skills while accelerating your ability to advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue. You will: Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands‑on platform experience Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework Who We’re Looking For Associate's degree or equivalent experience, required
