Senior Administrator I, Project Management

In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for coordinating projects that are vital to the success of clinical trials worldwide. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Job This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can juggle multiple projects, and enjoys helping teams stay on track and succeed Monitor and support multiple parallel projects, coordinating resources across departments to meet timelines and project goals. Act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and guiding them on project scope. Plan project timelines, milestones, and schedules in collaboration with Operations teams. Conduct kick‑off meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and document progress through reports, meeting minutes, and project plans. Troubleshoot and resolve technical, scheduling, budget, or resourcing challenges, collaborating with QA, IT, facilities, and other support units. Assist with onboarding project personnel and ensuring compliance with regulatory and QPS quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement by conducting project post-mortems and identifying lessons learned. Work Location This job will be 100% QPS-office/facility based Requirements Who You Are You are proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented, with excellent multi‑tasking and problem‑solving skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently. You are a clear and professional communicator, comfortable with client‑facing interactions. You can adapt to shifting priorities and help guide teams through change. You have experience managing projects in a regulated laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology environment. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Hands‑on understanding of biological or pharmaceutical analytical methods is a plus Education & Experience Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience or Associate’s Degree + 4 years relevant experience or High School/GED + 6 years relevant experience Experience in regulated industry laboratories preferred PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus Why You Should Apply Great learning opportunities, especially for those new to the field.
