Infrastructure Manager

To support a growing organization, the full-time Infrastructure Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and security operations, focusing on building and maturing a security program while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and manage security policies, standards, and operational procedures Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, or cybersecurity Strong experience with AWS environments and cloud-native applications Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation Experience managing vulnerability assessments and security audits Knowledge of identity and access management controls and security frameworks
