Maintenance Electrician

Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing team in Hartland, WI. This first-shift position is responsible for installing, wiring, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Install, wire, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
Maintain a "fix it right the first time" approach to repairs and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician level experience.
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, controls, blueprints, and schematics.
Ability to read and interpret electrical code manuals and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
