Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description At CEC Entertainment, you will help manage the restaurant and set expectations for guests. As a Senior Assistant Manager you will ensure employees have resources, training, and motivation to leave every guest happy. The position includes access to earned wages through the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program. Compensation Details $18.28 - $20.31 Hourly. Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly. Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass. Paid bi‑weekly. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, product quality, cleanliness, and company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team. Coach, teach and motivate the team to maintain high quality guest service and safety. Exercise business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management. Skills We’re Looking For Coaching and developing others Demonstrates ethics and integrity Effective communication Empowers others Values diversity Time and priority management Problem solving and decision making Minimum Qualifications At least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol). High‑school diploma or GED. College degree preferred. Minimum of two years previous management experience in food service or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Lift or carry objects weighing 0‑50 pounds during shifts. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts. Work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions.
