This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity supporting sales, marketing, and revenue operations across internal initiatives and client-facing consulting projects. You will help organizations optimize CRM platforms, streamline lead management, and build scalable operational processes. The role combines CRM administration, marketing technology, analytics, attribution, automation, and emerging AI-enabled workflows. You will work across different industries and business environments, solving practical problems and turning data into actionable insights. Collaboration with sales, marketing, client services, and technical teams will be central to your success. Accountabilities:

• Support the delivery of Sales & Marketing Operations consulting projects for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and comparable systems.
• Design and improve lead management processes, including lifecycle stages, lead routing, lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and sales handoffs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level analytics that translate operational data into actionable business insights.
• Implement and troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and reporting across CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms.
• Configure and validate marketing and analytics technologies, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
• Manage campaign tracking through UTM strategies, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and CRM-to-advertising platform integrations.
• Review CRM data quality and recommend improvements to data structures, workflows, automation, reporting, and operational processes.
• Assist with CRM implementations, migrations, integrations, API connections, and data imports.
• Support marketing automation, email campaigns, nurture programs, and broader campaign operations.
• Research, enrich, and maintain company and contact information to improve CRM accuracy and data quality.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to automate repetitive work, improve efficiency, generate insights, and enhance reporting.
• Participate in client discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, and user acceptance activities.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and implementation guides for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, client services, and technical teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar technologies.
• Experience with lead tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics across CRM and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or comparable analytics and advertising platforms.
• Understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
• Experience supporting marketing automation, lead management, or campaign operations.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar solutions, combined with an interest in applying AI to business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Client-facing experience within a consulting or agency environment is a plus.
• Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, or advertising-platform/CRM integrations is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM migrations, APIs, middleware, or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato is advantageous.
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or CRM reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales intelligence and enrichment tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, or AI-driven automation initiatives is an advantage.
