You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and analytics — ensuring that campaigns are set up correctly, data flows cleanly, and performance insights reach the right teams at the right time. This is a role for someone who thrives on building reliable systems, solving operational puzzles, and continuously improving the technology and processes that power marketing at scale.You will join a collaborative team that values accuracy, curiosity, and a bias toward action. Whether you're troubleshooting a workflow, building a dashboard, or documenting a new best practice, your work will have a direct impact on how Box attracts and engages customers around the world.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and optimize marketing operations processes, including campaign setup, data integrity, and lead management within marketing automation and CRM platformsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across programsMaintain and troubleshoot marketing workflows to ensure operational continuity and efficiencyCreate dashboards and deliver insights that improve marketing efficiency and return on investmentDocument best practices and support testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement of marketing technology and processesPartner cross-functionally to present data-driven findings clearly and support informed decision-making across teamsWHO YOU AREWe are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.You have 2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing, Operations, or Sales roleYou have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar toolsYou have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendationsYou hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or bring equivalent practical experienceYou have demonstrated experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, BI tools, or SQL for data analysisYou bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyBox lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
