How You\'ll Contribute Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult. Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record. Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Clinical Ladder Eligible - increase base pay by completing the clinical ladder levels Education Associate\'s degree in nursing required, bachelor\'s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current RN license in state of practice. BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care preferred. License Current RN license in state of practice. Certifications BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care preferred.
