Salesforce AI Workflow Specialist – Claude Expert

About the Role

looking for a Salesforce AI Workflow Specialist – Claude Expert power-user to help a team unlock the full potential of AI in our daily workflows. This person will design, document, and champion Claude-powered processes across the organization from prompt engineering to building custom tools and automations

What You'll Do

Design and refine prompts and workflows using Claude ( , Claude Code, Claude Platform/API) to solve real business proble
msBuild internal tools and automations using Claude's API, MCP integrations, and agentic capabiliti
esTrain and support team members on effective AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering best practic
esIdentify opportunities across departments (content, engineering, research, operations) where Claude can save time or improve output quali
tyStay current on new Claude features and model releases, and evaluate how they can be applied internal
lyCreate documentation, templates, and internal guides for repeatable AI workflo
wsTroubleshoot and optimize existing Claude-based processes for accuracy and efficiency

Demonstrated hands-on experience using Claude ( , Claude Code, or the Claude API) for real projects — portfolio or examples encoura
gedStrong prompt engineering skills: structuring instructions, providing examples, iterating based on outp
utsFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts (tool use, MCP, multi-step workflows) is a big p
lusBasic xhyhwjd technical fluency (comfortable with APIs, documentation, and light scripting) preferred but not requi
redExcellent communication skills — able to translate technical capability into practical business va
lueCurious, self-directed, and comfortable working with fast-evolving tools
