Job Details\n \n Setting: Home Health \n Employment Type: Travel RN \n Start Date: 09/14/2026 \n Duration: 14 weeks \n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM \n Shift Length: 8 hours \n Hours Per Week: 32 guaranteed minimum; up to 40 hours per week \n On-Call Requirement: 1 weekend every 1-2 months based on need \n Mileage: Reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient \n Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230 \n Location: Hot Springs, AR 71913 \n Job Requirements\n \n Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license \n Current CPR certification \n Valid Arkansas driver's license and vehicle insurance \n Associate degree required \n Home health nursing experience strongly preferred \n OASIS experience preferred \n HCHB experience preferred \n Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills \n Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team \n Responsibilities\n \n Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals \n Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards \n Complete comprehensive assessments, including OASIS and medication reconciliation, accurately and on time \n Document patient visits thoroughly and submit records according to payer and agency requirements \n Perform initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluations and confirm home health eligibility and medical necessity \n Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and agency staff to coordinate care and schedule changes \n Supervise home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses as appropriate and complete supervisory visits \n Participate in weekend rotation, holiday coverage as needed, case conferences, and quality improvement efforts \n Support patient safety, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and promote positive patient outcomes \n Assist with onboarding and serve as a preceptor for new staff and students when needed \n \n Apply now to join a trusted home health team and advance your career with this Travel RN opportunity in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
