Role Description The Service Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lancaster, PA, responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering phone calls, documenting service requests, and clearly explaining recommended services, timelines, and costs. The Service Writer will prepare and update work orders, coordinate scheduling with technicians, and ensure that customer information and service records are accurately entered into the computer system. This role also involves following up with customers regarding service status, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling basic billing or invoicing queries. The position requires working closely with team members to keep service operations organized, efficient, and customer-centered.
