This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments and enjoys solving technical issues directly with end users. Candidate must reside within 30–50 miles of one of the client's designated cities (list below under important notes).Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 (L2) deskside support for laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.Deliver hands-on, deskside support by sitting with employees to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.Assist with device setup, configuration, and maintenance.Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction in all interactions.Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California:$42,120 to $78,120Colorado:$38,400 to $65,040New York City:$46,080 to $78,120Washington:$42,120 to $71,640Washington DC:$42,120 to $71,640This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
