Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent care for patients in the emergency room setting
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Respond to patient needs during high-pressure situations, including holidays and weekends
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Participate in unit-specific trainings and meetings as scheduled

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, and CPI certifications
• Experience in pediatric emergency care preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other holiday
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and team skills
