Assistant General Manager – Upscale Casual Restaurant

Atlanta, GA | $60,000–$75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a successful upscale casual restaurant in Atlanta, GA . This is a scratch-kitchen concept looking for a hands-on leader who understands great food, strong service, and how to develop a high-performing restaurant team.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Upscale casual or polished casual experience preferred
• Experience in a scratch-kitchen restaurant
• Strong FOH operations and guest-service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and develop a team
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on leadership style
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The Role

• Support the GM with day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead FOH teams and maintain high service standards
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• Manage scheduling and labor
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational consistency
• Partner with the culinary team to deliver a strong scratch-kitchen experience
• Help achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals
