Maintenance Technician

Overview Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide facility maintenance support to agency physical structures for facilities throughout PBMHR coverage counties. Position may be based in incumbent's county of residence, depending on location. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating training required. Responsibilities Building maintenance experience required, industrial preferred. Ability to coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors. Ability and knowledge to repair physical structure (painting, light bulbs). Ability to plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc. Ability to follow proper procedure and timely manner for needed contracted services. Ability to ensure proper operations and maintenance of ground sprinkler system, including time regulation. Ability to provide feedback to facility coordinators and supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
