Position Overview

One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Washington State.

This assignment offers an excellent work-life balance with a weekday schedule, adult-only patient population, Epic EMR, and no current mandatory call requirements. Providers will enjoy a balanced mix of inpatient behavioral health and outpatient psychiatry while practicing in a supportive environment with manageable patient volumes.

Located less than an hour from Portland, Oregon, this opportunity combines top-tier locum compensation with access to the outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural amenities of the Pacific Northwest.

Provider Compensation: $200/hour

Estimated Assignment Earnings: Approximately $208,000 over the initial 26-week contract

Job Responsibilities

Inpatient Behavioral Health

• Psychiatric evaluations
• Daily rounding
• Admissions and discharges
• Treatment planning
• Medication management
• Court-related evaluations when applicable

Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic

• New patient evaluations
• Follow-up visits
• Medication management
• Treatment planning
• Documentation within Epic EMR
