What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-valueretail customers.

• Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.

• Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers.

• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.

• Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees.

• Ensure thatallthe customers'needsand expectations are met.

• Regularly evaluate customers' salesperformance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $77,000-$112,000

What You'll Need(Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree ispreferred.

• 4 years of experience in sales is required.
