About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional IT Leader, VP to serve as the technology owner for the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming strong relationships with regional operators, understanding how technology can enhance business operations, and leading the ideation, creation, and deployment of technology solutions. This role involves owning the regional technology agenda, shaping opportunities, and telling a compelling technology story to earn buy-in across the region. The Regional IT Leader will also be in charge of acquisition integration, analytics and reporting delivery, AI and automation enablement, local configuration and applications, regional security posture, and regional technology budget. Team building, program and stakeholder management, and serving as the single point of contact for all technology-related matters in the region are also key responsibilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects and programs. Experience in multi-site or multi-brand operations, direct experience in integrating acquisitions, and a background in owning and defending a technology budget are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong skills in prioritizing by business impact, root cause analysis, process, influence, and communication. A background in vacation rental or property management systems, experience in building or leading a BI and analytics function, and a history of deploying AI or automation tooling to a non-technical field workforce are strongly preferred.
