Base pay range $100.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr SNI Financial is partnering with a few fortune 500 & 1000 companies needing a Financial Reporting Senior and/or Manager. Unlimited PTO Tight knit culture and team Great Healthcare & Benefits Job Description Prepare the Company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and earnings release), including the preparation and review of supporting documentation and XBRL tagging. Manage complex areas of the accounting close, including the preparation and maintenance of ASC 842 lease accounting schedules and the monthly consolidation of financial results. Act as the primary liaison with other departments to obtain required supporting documentation and information necessary to complete financial statements and SEC filings. Assist with researching, documenting, and implementing conclusions regarding the technical accounting treatment for non-routine transactions, new accounting pronouncements, and the update of internal accounting policies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role CPA designation or current CPA candidate. Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters, and SEC regulations. Self‑motivated, a critical thinker, and detail‑oriented with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
