Nurse Practitioner

We are currently seeking a full-time *Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/FNP-BC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)* to join our growing primary care team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering comprehensive care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. *Responsibilities* * Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting. * Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. * Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory results. * Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice. * Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system. * Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and quality outcomes. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts as appropriate. *Requirements* * Board Certification as FNP-C/FNP-BC or PA-C. * Current, unrestricted Texas license. * Active DEA license. * Experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care preferred. * Proficiency with EHR medical charting systems. * Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. * Professional communication skills and collaborative team approach. * Must have a clear license with no restrictions. *Preferences* * 2+ years outpatient primary care experience * Experience managing chronic conditions (HTN, DM, hyperlipidemia, etc.) * Comfort with productivity-based workflow * Spanish speaking *Benefits* * Competitive compensation * Sign-on bonus * Paid time off * Continuing education support * Professional growth opportunities * Supportive physician-led environment Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
