Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers

Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles

Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment

Update customer information in internal system

Provide high level or customer service

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience

High school diploma/GED

6+ months of call center experience preferred

This is a contract to hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
