We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes holistic healing.Work EnvironmentAs a Physical Therapist at our Sarasota facility, you will work exclusively in a home care setting, providing therapy in the comfort of our patients' homes. This setup allows for personalized interactions that address individual needs more effectively than traditional settings. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, with options for an 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM schedule, and the flexibility of four 10-hour shifts is also available. The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine their specific therapy needs.Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to enhance mobility and overall physical function.Utilizing state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques and tools, including electronic health records (EHR) for documenting patient progress.Educating patients and their families on effective rehabilitation techniques, home exercises, and preventive measures to encourage ongoing health management.Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to create a seamless continuum of care, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on diverse patient populations, including post-operative care, individuals recovering from injuries, and those with chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation.
