We're looking for a Full-Time Floating Teacher who is versatile, dependable, and genuinely loves the full spectrum of early childhood education.

Hours: 8 hours/day | MondayFriday | No nights. No weekends.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

Some days you'll step in as the lead running activities, managing the rhythm of the room, and being the primary teacher children look to. Other days you'll work alongside a lead teacher, adding depth and support where it's needed most. The age group changes. The classroom changes. Your professionalism and care don't.

Your Role as a Full-Time Floating Teacher

• Serve as a skilled, reliable presence across all classrooms (infants through after-school age)
• Step into any room as lead or support and maintain Goddard's standards for safety, nurturing, and engagement
• Build trusting relationships with children and families school-wide
• Collaborate with classroom teams and communicate professionally with staff and leadership
• Bring calm, confidence, and joy into every classroom you enter
