Responsibilities:
- Independently book accurate appointments
- Accurate inputting of leads into i360 (SalesForce)
- Independently use Centah and HDConnect
- Answer inbound calls
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Competent using MS Excel and MS Word
- Competent in oral and written communication
- Experience using SalesForce is a plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Undergo a criminal and credit background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
